Massive step up from our old 12V battery

We upgraded our solar storage from a pair of 12V lead-acid batteries to this single 25.6V 100Ah unit and the change has been remarkable, because the higher voltage means far less current loss through the cables and the usable capacity easily covers our whole evening load, and the fact that it is lighter and a quarter smaller than the old setup while delivering two times the energy makes it a no brainer for anyone running a solar system at home.
