1. What do continuous power and peak power mean for an inverter? Do we need to consider peak power when starting an air conditioner or refrigerator motor?
The continuous power of an inverter is the power it outputs stably, while the peak power is the power it generates during instantaneous startup. For example, the peak power is needed to start up an air conditioner or refrigerator.
2. How do I choose the voltage for different countries? Are there models with 110V/120V US standard and 230V European standard?
Different countries have different voltages, so you need to know the local mains voltage. There are machines that meet both US and European standards.
3. What power inverter should I choose for my home/RV/farm/cabin? How do I calculate the required power?
Choosing the right inverter depends on the total power consumption of all appliances in your home. If you have appliances with inductive loads (such as refrigerators and air conditioners), it is recommended that you choose a larger inverter.
4. Do off-grid inverters require batteries to function? Can they be connected directly to solar panels without batteries?
Most off-grid inverters require batteries to operate, but our inverters of 6.2kW and above can operate without batteries, provided that the voltage of the photovoltaic panels exceeds 200V.
5. Can multiple inverters be connected in parallel for capacity expansion? What is the maximum number of inverters that can be connected in parallel? Are any additional accessories required for parallel connection?
Yes, our 11KW inverter supports up to 6 units in parallel. No additional accessories are needed, as the inverter comes with its own accessories.
6. Does the entire photovoltaic system require a separate MPPT controller? Is the MPPT built into the machine? What is the maximum photovoltaic input power?
No additional purchase is required; our MPPT controller is built-in. The maximum photovoltaic output power is essentially equivalent to the inverter's power; please refer to the parameter table for details.
7. What is the waterproof rating for outdoor installation? Can it be installed outdoors, placed in a garage, or in a motorhome?
IP21 rating, outdoor installation is not recommended.
8. Is the machine noisy when running? Is it suitable for use in bedrooms or small offices?
The machine's noise level depends on the fan; it's not loud, but it's not recommended to install it in the bedroom. Different people have different sleep requirements, and the inverter will produce noise while operating.
9. What is the lifespan of the equipment? How many years can it be used under normal conditions?
The lifespan of the device is 5-10 years. With normal use, it should last more than 5 years without problems. After all, it's an electronic product, and its lifespan is related to how well you take care of it.
10. Is there stock available? How long does it take to ship after I place an order? What is the minimum order quantity?
In stock, orders can be shipped within 3-7 business days. Minimum order quantity is 1 unit. More units purchased can qualify for additional discounts.
11. Which batteries does the inverter support, and how do I choose the battery voltage?
Supports lead-acid batteries, gel batteries, power batteries, and lithium batteries. 2KW-2.5KW supports 12V batteries. 3.5KW-4.2KW supports 24V batteries. 6.2KW-11KW supports 48V batteries.

On the login page, click "Forgot your password?", enter your registered email address, and we will send you a password reset email.
Can I checkout without creating an account?
Yes, we support guest checkout. However, we strongly recommend that you register an account to track the logistics status of high-value orders and enjoy warranty services.
